The Human Resource/Admin Staff is responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, records management, payroll assistance, policy implementation, and office coordination. The role ensures the smooth functioning of HR processes and provides administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions:

Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare employment contracts, memos, and notices related to personnel actions.
-
Support in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

Monitor and record employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
-
Coordinate training and development activities.
-
Assist in handling employee concerns and enforcing company policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administrative Functions:

Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement needs.

Maintain office facilities and ensure cleanliness, order, and safety.

Organize and maintain company files and documents (physical and digital).
-
Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, or service providers as needed.

Assist in planning company events, meetings, and other employee engagement activities.

Provide general support to visitors and employees.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.

Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Discreet, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
