About the role

Adcaelum Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Bacoor City, Cavite location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring effective talent management and employee relations across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new hires
  • Oversee the performance management system, including conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programmes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Investigate and resolve employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the organisation's goals
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective HR solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the HR function within the organisation

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a human resources supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
