
Senior Sales Leader for Embedded Finance

- Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency and client experience. Develop sales playbooks, value propositions, and enablement tools tailored to each segment.
- Oversee onboarding for key clients and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
- Identify market trends and collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.
- Provide performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team. Ensure all commercial activities meet regulatory standards and manage sales-related risks proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage and mitigate sales-related risks to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.
Experience & Leadership:
- 10+ years in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.
Industry & Market Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends.
- Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills.
- Skilled in sales process optimization, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
