We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
    • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Business Partnership and Strategic Support
    • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
  • Digital Innovation and Process Optimization
    • Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.
    • Champion a digital mindset within the Finance team—encouraging experimentation with emerging tools and technologies.

About the Role

This is a 100% work-from-home set-up and shall support the U.S. Central Time hours. You'll influence strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation within our finance organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
