
Senior Sales Incentives Specialist

The Sales Compensation Analyst is accountable for overseeing data, processes, and controls to ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.
This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely compensation.
- Independently prepare and maintain the quarterly compensation workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
- Submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
Additional Tasks Include:
- Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring a positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.
- Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
- Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
This position requires:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Engaging and communicating confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
- Must have a stable employment history.
