We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to lead our team in providing strategic guidance and advisory services to CFOs and their leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in finance technology, advising CFO clients on initiatives including growth investment & cost structure, finance technology optimization, finance function strategy & org design, and planning, budget & forecasting.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced analysts to build authoritative research and advice that directly addresses the priorities and challenges of CFOs.
  • Deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients.
  • Remain up-to-date across cloud ERP business case building, vendor evaluation and selection, embedded AI vendor capabilities, program governance, implementation, go-live readiness and post-go-live management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience working in finance department roles or consulting roles supporting and leading large cloud ERP projects designed to transform finance and accounting processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of the latest trends, innovations and vendor capabilities in finance technology and cloud ERP software markets, including AI capabilities of vendors.
  • Experience working closely with CFOs and senior finance leaders to build buy-in for finance technology projects, including cloud ERP upgrades, mapping finance needs to business outcomes and delivering roadmaps on time and on budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Master's degree preferred.
