Finance Analyst - Market Pricing | Nightshift | Temp WFH

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive market analysis using company and syndicated data to assess pricing impacts on market share and performance.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Extract and analyze financial data using SQL for custom reporting.
• Prepare presentations for monthly sales meetings and validate data accuracy.
• Develop departmental procedures and performance metrics.
• Forecast and analyze sales, financial trends, and general business conditions.
• Prepare detailed project plans, research findings, and recommendations for management.
• Conduct special financial and business studies as needed.
• Demonstrate Intrapreneurship (innovation, initiative, learning from mistakes) and Ownership (high standards, accountability, proactive communication).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including business analytics and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to connect to external data sources.
• Experience in SQL for data extraction from enterprise databases.
• Knowledge of pricing and revenue management concepts for consumer goods.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work in a Fixed Night Shift schedule and during PH holidays.
• Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once WIO resumes (temp WFH).
