- Establish structured campaign roadmaps for product launch and growth phases.
- Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game messages.
- Implement loyalty programs, reactivation initiatives, and seasonal promotions to foster long-term relationships with players.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver compelling campaign assets.
- Analyze player behavior and campaign results to inform data-driven decision making.
- Use insights to personalize messaging and offers across the player lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as lifetime value (LTV), retention, engagement, and churn.
- Work collaboratively with product, marketing, analytics, and support teams to ensure CRM efforts align with business objectives.
- Provide feedback on user experience and product features from a retention perspective.
