Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team while maintaining constant communication with customers.
- Analyze trends, test, and train AI models regularly to ensure seamless interactions.
- Educate and empower users by providing expert guidance on product features and capabilities.
- Become an expert in answering product questions to help users get the most out of the product.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Bot Development.
- BE/B Tech or equivalent educational or professional experience.
- 3-5 years of support experience.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, including ReactJS (MERN), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
