Email Marketing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Expert to join our team. As an Email Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for the backend execution of marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails.
  3. Execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance.
  4. Quality check campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables.
  5. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
