Job Overview

As a Retention Marketing Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategies that drive top results.

  3. Campaign Effectiveness
Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute targeted email marketing automation and large-scale campaigns based on client needs and customer insights.
  2. Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements.
  3. Collaborate with Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Project Management teams to deliver timely, cost-effective projects.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on email KPIs, campaign outcomes, and competitor activity to drive strategic recommendations.
  5. Lead client communication through regular calls and presentations, aligning strategies with business objectives.
  6. Manage a small team, including coaching, onboarding, and training new hires.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
  • Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
  • Proven experience managing teams; prior experience leading remote teams is an advantage
