The Trainer/Training Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all training programs are delivered as per statutory requirements. This includes developing and delivering training content, coaching trainees, and using standardized materials and methodologies approved by Omega Academy for training delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs that meet client and business needs.
  2. Provide feedback and coaching to trainees on key job capabilities.

  5. Stick to training schedules and ensure timely completion of assessments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline or medical allied professional course.
  • Experience in Healthcare BPO organization is preferred.
  • 6-12 months of experience in any US Healthcare Account.
  • Good process and project knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
