
Chief Talent Optimization Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our talent acquisition operations.
This critical role will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for creating a world-class candidate experience.
- Developing and implementing efficient TA processes
- Managing and optimizing ATS and other TA-related technologies
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within TA systems
- Oversseeing vendor relationships
- Managing logistics and coordination of recruitment events and activities
Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
They will create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools, stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team.
Leveraging AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics will also be a key responsibility.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will track and report on recruitment expenses, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives, manage online presence on career sites and social media platforms, and develop compelling job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.
Additionally, they will participate in industry events and build relationships to enhance employer brand.
Regularly analyzing TA metrics and identifying areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience will also be a key responsibility.
Implementing data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our TA function, conducting regular audits of TA processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness, and proactively identifying, evaluating, and implementing automation and AI solutions to enhance TA efficiency and candidate experience will also be key responsibilities.
Finally, the successful candidate will collaborate with TA and clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees, oversee the offer letter process, contract signing, and background checks, develop and implement communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date, and create a world-class pre-hire onboarding experience & processes.
Developing and maintaining key TA metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals, generating regular reports on recruitment activity, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and other relevant metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, presenting TA performance data to stakeholders together with other TA Leaders, and overseeing talent intelligence and insights will also be key responsibilities.
