Optimize Talent Deployment Strategist

As an exceptional Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective workforce planning strategies using advanced forecast models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop effective workforce planning strategies using advanced forecast models.
  • Monitor daily absenteeism and attrition rates, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure seamless talent matching and onboarding.
  • Utilize Lever, MySQL, and other tools to optimize talent deployment and minimize idle resources.
  • Lead offboarding processes to maintain efficient tool removal and system access revocation for exiting employees.
  • Track account churn and coordinate replacement efforts with leadership and Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provide regular workforce health updates and staffing needs coordination with Talent Acquisition and Operations.

Deliverables:

  • Active employee count by job level.
  • Daily absenteeism and attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in BPO or remote work environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
