As Chief Talent Development Officer, you will oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for all affiliated companies under Enterprise Management.

This includes managing the overall strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to meet business objectives.

You will play a key role in developing long-term workforce planning strategies, executing high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns, and driving continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition creation to offer letter issuance
  • Monitoring and reporting on recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion
  • Approving all new hire offer letters/contracts based on job descriptions, budgets, and role-specific criteria
  • Serving as point of contact for staffing agency coordination and performance management, and maintaining a master list of approved vendors

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment efforts.

You will work closely with leadership across operations, HR, compliance, and finance to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective recruitment processes.
