As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to executive search professionals, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating client success.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is also necessary, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
- Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
Prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines is crucial, as well as maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
