A-WIN Enterprise and Solutions, Inc is looking for an experienced Head of Business Expansion to spearhead its expansion efforts. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the business, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business expansion strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management (CRM).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify leads, close deals, and expand market reach.
  • Experience in branding, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing expenditures.
