Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Heavy Equipment Servicing Technology or Automotive Technology
  • With five to six (5-6) years' related work experience in Heavy Equipment or Genset servicing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides theoretical and hands-on foundational, advance, and expert level training.
  • Provides complete technical training on machine or genset.
  • Reviews, analyzes and recommends modification of the methods of teaching and training; generates suggestions, analyzes, and modifies training design and materials within Service Operations group to ensure correct skills and knowledge are applied by service technicians.
  • Prepares, compiles and masters the literature and training tools to be used in the training.
  • Facilitates foundational, advance and expert level training.
  • Personally teaches, explains, informs and supervises learning of co-trainers and participants who have identified knowledge and skills gaps after the regular teaching and learning process.
  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates training execution, teaching process and methods used in the training
  • Conducts competency-based assessment of students and other customers after training.
  • Analyzes training needs and approves recommendations to customers.
  • Nurtures healthy business relationships with customers
  • Performs other related functions as deemed necessary
