">About the RoleThis position involves working as a remote technical support representative, providing top-notch customer service and technical expertise to clients. You will be responsible for responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous call center experience and a typing speed of 20+ WPM are also required.
