
Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team.
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing professional support and services to customers through various channels. Your core mission is to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain the company's brand image, and resolve various issues encountered by customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner using fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, and Minnan dialect;
- Accurately understand customer needs, diagnose product usage, order status, logistics tracking, bill inquiry, after-sales service, and other issues, and provide clear solutions;
- Proactively care for customers, collect customer feedback, and convey customer opinions and suggestions to relevant departments;
- Create, follow up, and close service request forms in a timely manner according to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Hokkien;
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service or related fields; Experience in call center, e-commerce, telecommunications, or technical support is preferred;
- Pleasant voice, good listening skills, clear expression, and empathy;
- Stable and patient personality, able to handle customer complaints and negative emotions properly, and maintain professionalism and service quality under high-intensity work pressure;
- Collaborative and willing to share with team members.
