Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and assessing top talent across various industries and roles.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication in English. The ideal candidate will work closely with our recruitment team to match high-quality candidates with client needs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels, conducting interviews and screenings, and onboarding new hires.

The successful candidate will have experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), data analysis, and calendar management. They will also possess strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Conducting interviews, screenings, and onboarding new hires
  • Managing initial candidate processing, verifying references, and sending offer letters
  • Updating ATS with candidate information, stages, and onboarding statuses
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify recruitment strategies
  • Debriefing candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, and recruitment processes
  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress for assigned accounts
