Job Title: Talent Acquisition Expert

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through online job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

You will also be responsible for providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on US-based roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
