The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and acquiring top talent for the organization. This position requires a thorough understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Job Development: Create job descriptions that align with the hiring needs, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • ATS Management: Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline application management and ensure smooth hiring workflows.
  • Recruitment Communications: Craft compelling communications to attract passive candidates and encourage them to apply.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct phone or virtual interviews, and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Job Promotion: Promote job openings on the company career page, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist with HR operations by managing the Performance Management System (PMS), preparing HR reports, and updating dashboards for leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition (technical & non-technical).
  • Sourcing Knowledge: Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools, familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Remote Work Ability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
