We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Officer

Location: Cebu City Project Sites / Head Office

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer who will take the lead in identifying, engaging, and onboarding the best talent to power our growing construction projects in Cebu City. The successful candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industries, and will ensure a seamless hiring process that supports business growth and operational excellence.

This role is vital in shaping our workforce and driving our commitment to quality and innovation in every project.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing – Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top candidates across skilled, technical, and professional roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience – Promote the company as an employer of choice and ensure a professional and positive experience for every applicant.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid background in talent acquisition, sourcing channels, and selection methodologies.
  • Prior experience in construction or project-based recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Time-to-fill rate for vacancies (target: within agreed lead time).
  • Hiring quality rate (successful probation, >90%).
  • Talent pipeline readiness for critical roles (≥3 qualified candidates per role).
  • Compliance and documentation accuracy (>98%).
  • Candidate & stakeholder satisfaction rating (>90%).
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and selection skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple requisitions at once.
  • Willing to be assigned to Cebu City project sites / HR office.
