Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to lead our recruitment efforts. This role is all about identifying top talent, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and stakeholders.


About the Role:
  • Prioritize candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes via Hireflix
  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on hiring needs and objectives
  • Contribute to development of recruitment SOPs, training resources, and team communication protocols
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
