Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates who meet our qualifications and requirements.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Develop relationships with candidates through cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth process for candidates and clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of candidate and client information using CRM tools.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the legal industry to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is necessary.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Must be available to work full-time during business hours.
