Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking driven and dedicated professionals to assume the role of Lead Generation Specialists.

  • A minimum of 1 year of verified experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist is required.
  • Exceptional English communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders will enable you to build rapport and foster positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels is crucial for identifying potential sales leads and gathering their contact information from diverse channels.
  • Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP is necessary for efficient communication and task management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate rapport and foster positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Source potential sales leads and gather their contact information from diverse channels (e.g., social media, client referrals, events, online platforms, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
  • Establish and manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of all details.
  • Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks to inform your work.
  • Formulate and implement criteria to assess lead quality and monitor conversion rates.
