Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, drive customer engagement, and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research market trends and buying behaviour for target territories.
  • Create multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies using automation workflows.
  • Build sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead progress and performance versus targets.
  • Collaborate with other functions like sales, product, and tech teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and outbound marketing for legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Comfortable liaising with high-ranking executives and delivering results in lead generation.
  • Account-based marketing experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Client-oriented mindset, consultative approach, and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting and fluency in Business English.
