Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead our lead generation efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other outreach methods
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
