Job Description

The Helpdesk Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our customers and colleagues, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing and resolving incidents: Efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintaining effective communication: With customers, colleagues, and management, keeping them informed of progress and resolution status.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course or equivalent professional training.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; 2-3 years working experience as service support in Hotel & Casino or from any customer service and support related industry.
  • Skills: Good oral and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, good phone etiquette, customer service oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
