We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Agent to join our team at Jocson College.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay current with new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.
- Languages: English and Filipino.
