Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and process dental claims efficiently. As a critical member of our staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and process claims promptly, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, documenting all interactions and updates.
  • Determine denial validity and address them accordingly.
  • Generate reports and maintain monthly completion records.
  • Handle claim resubmissions, reprocessing, grievances, and appeals.
  • Clear rejected claims regularly and update office trackers.
  • Complete follow-ups assigned on office spreadsheets and generate reports.
  • Retrieve payment information from insurance portals and post payments according to office preference.
  • Identify insurance process updates and communicate findings with colleagues.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times, adhering to work ethics and schedules.
  • Achieve desired goals and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written English skills with minimal accent.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
