About the role

Santorini Dental Digital Express Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental IT Staff to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and IT services to our dental practice located in SM City Fairview.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues within the dental practice
  • Maintaining and updating the practice's computer systems, software, and dental equipment (Dental X-ray)
  • Generating Daily and Monthly Reports of the clinic.
  • Customer Service provider, as the front desk, works on collecting data of patients for the dental record
  • Collaborating with the external IT Staff of branches for an update of ads and promos.
  • Documenting all IT-related activities of the clinic and maintaining social media accounts of the branch

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or IT services, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and software (preferably Access) and networking technologies
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software and electronic medical record systems (willing to be trained)
  • Knowledgeable in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), and motion graphics.
  • Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Friendly and a team player for a smooth flow of daily operations.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, a friendly and good listener to the instructions of the Manager and Doctors
  • with Motorcycle & Driver's License is an advantage
