Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental insurance and claims processing.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Dental Claims Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, ensuring all follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
  • They will also send out claims and attachments to insurance providers, determine denial validity, and address them accordingly.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will generate OI reports, ensure monthly completion, and process claim resubmissions and reprocessing, including grievances and appeals.
  • They will clear rejected claims on a weekly basis, update the office tracker with payments posted, and address any rejected claims.
  • The ideal candidate will also complete all assigned follow-ups, retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting, and post insurance payments according to preference.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills with little to no accent when speaking.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
  • 3+ years of hands-on collections experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
