Job Title:

Dental Claims Specialist


Job Description:
  • Manage and process claims, resolving issues, and providing support to clients while upholding quality and integrity.
  • Follow-up status of outstanding insurance claims, documenting and communicating updates.
  • Send out claims and attachments to insurance, determining denial validity and addressing them properly.
  • Generate OI reports, ensure monthly completion, and claim resubmission and reprocessing.
  • Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis, update office trackers, and generate EFT reports.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting, apply adjustments, and correct errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, meeting their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify insurance process updates and communicate findings.
  • Meet productivity goals, accomplish tasks in a timely manner, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues, ensuring seamless workflow.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills, minimal accent when speaking.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections industries, 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
