Job Purpose:

Our company is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating agents' calls, handling all quality analysis and report based on specified policies and procedures.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide accurate and timely reports weekly. The selected candidate will participate in calibration and coaching sessions regularly and conduct/lead training as needed.

The successful applicant must have a College Level or Bachelor's Degree in any course and at least 6 months to 1 year Call Center Experience. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to work onsite Ortigas, Pasig City and can start ASAP. A SHIFTING SCHEDULE is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate and score calls/emails/chats
  • Provide accurate and timely reports weekly
  • Participate in calibration and coaching sessions regularly
  • Conduct/lead training
