About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Development Manager to join our team at TaskUs. As an Employee Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of employee training programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for various levels of employees, from new hires to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including curriculum, presentations, and evaluation tools.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google and MS Office applications.
