Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, enhancing customer trust and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee customer needs are met, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer-centricity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving business growth through exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $12,000 - $15,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
