Senior Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at Lexie Staffing And Business Consulting.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex cases to senior teams as needed
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge about company products or services and provide accurate information to customers
- Order Processing: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, ability to work in a team environment
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
