We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed users' expectations.

About the Role

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be required to possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to connect effectively with users, and a passion for creating support experiences that meet or exceed their expectations.

A high school diploma or college undergraduate degree is required, and prior experience in a customer service-related industry or 1 year BPO experience is preferred. Proficiency in using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools) and software is essential for success in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. You will work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels.
  • Solve complex customer problems using creative and resourceful approaches.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of $12,000 - $15,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
