About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated technical support professional to provide top-notch service to our clients.

This is an opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional service and support by providing timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer issues and improve their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience.
  • Manage incidents and requests within a ticketing system to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Follow up with end-users to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Assist with password problems, software installation/uninstallation, and other technical issues.
  • Support multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN services.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, and Mac OS.
  • Possess CompTIA A+ certification and have 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role, preferably in an MSP or call center IT support environment.
  • Showcase expertise in common hardware, software, and technologies, including Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, WiFi, and more.
  • Understand call center metrics and KPIs, as well as possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
