ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate, supervise, and be accountable for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members. Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level, and AHT.Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, and departments. Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.

Provide coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective actions. Conduct regular performance reviews for team members. Provide expertise and customer service support to team members, customers, and providers.

Assist with other ad hoc responsibilities as deemed necessary by supervisors. Your role is critical in enabling members, families, facilities, and health professionals to have greater confidence in the care we provide. It also offers an opportunity for you to do your life's best work.

SMJOB QUALIFICATIONSBS Nursing graduate with an active PHRN License. At least 3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in Medical Coding BPO or solid BPO Manager experience. AAPC or AHIMA certification or equivalent coding certification, or willingness to obtain one.

Adept with medical terminologies. Willing to commit to long-term employment.
