Major responsibilities:

  • Plans and schedules timely delivery to customer – all customers' orders are delivered within 72-hours, and delivered next day if billed before 12:  noon.
  • Achieves zero delivery pending / returns – checks unloaded trucks, replaces defective trucks immediately and informs concerned salesperson of any delivery delays.
  • Follows strictly all parameters set for delivering goods e.g., truck size, availability, location sketch for new customer, customers/trip, route.; balances truck load capacity and customer service.
  • Responds to minor customers' complaints within the day, refers major issues to the manager.
  • Submits to Accounting Department:
  • all delivery invoices before 11:00 a.m.
  • all cancelled invoices, all trucker delivery documents (waybill, trucker's delivery report, invoices) – complete, accurate and on time
  • Sends all delivery related reports to respective department in an accurate and timely way.
  • Prints and sorts delivery invoices by customer and by area accurately.
  • Arranges warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignment.
  • Arranges all invoices for delivery according to delivery schedule
  • Forwards all next day delivery invoices to warehouse for picking immediately.
  • Receives and releases all pre-paid cards completely and work accurately.
  • Constantly gives suggestions and ideas to improve work processes.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work during Saturday
