Job Overview

This is a full-time project management position operating 100% remotely with no travel required. As a project manager within our Service Delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing new orders for business customers across our range of services.

  • Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
  • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
