As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. Your primary goal will be to establish strategic relationships and drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify high-potential business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft and deliver tailored pitches and proposals to decision-makers at key accounts. Conduct targeted cold calls to secure initial meetings.
  • Client Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs, determine if our solutions are a fit, and qualify their interest.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and client information in our CRM system. Track personal performance against key performance indicators.
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively use sales tools including CRM, email automation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools provided.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business development and sales strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Strategy, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to generate new business leads and close deals.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong research skills to personalize pitches and proposals.
    • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
    • Proficiency using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
    • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
    • Familiarity with custom software development services or related B2B technology solutions.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
