Job Title: Senior Business Development Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to spearhead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence in the US by driving lead generation and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database.
  • Research and qualify potential clients to identify top leads for outreach.
  • Nurture leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Foster diligence in following up on all inbound and outbound leads to keep them progressing through the pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and our CEO.
Marketing & Content Creation:
  • Enhance and update our website to boost lead conversion.
  • Manage and optimize our CEO's LinkedIn presence, including content creation and engagement.
  • Create high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and email campaigns.
  • Design compelling client proposals tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Maintain and execute a structured marketing calendar for consistent outreach.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for visibility into lead status.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Maintain CRM records for accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Improve lead management processes for increased efficiency and higher conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills to track multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sales support, lead generation, or marketing (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and basic website management.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to create and refine clear, engaging marketing content.
