We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in expanding our outreach across various industries.
- You will conduct targeted research and data mining to identify and build prospect lists across core services such as construction, project management, and site acquisition.
- Engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels like email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Built personalized outreach campaigns and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline.
- Support the President with meeting preparation, briefings, and background research on key contacts and companies.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
- Assist in creating introductory materials, capability decks, and follow-up correspondence.
- Maintain clean, organized CRM data - logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tagging by industry or region.
- Develop basic reports and dashboards to track lead progress, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
- Contribute insights on client objections, pain points, and response trends to improve messaging and targeting.
- Test and iterate outreach sequences, message formats, and communication channels for better engagement.
- Suggest process improvements to increase quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in business development, client outreach, or lead generation is also required.
