Senior Compensation Specialist Job

We seek a Senior Compensation Specialist to join our team in the United States. This dedicated role requires ownership and oversight of data, processes, and controls for bonus and commission programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate and timely compensation solutions.
  • Strategic insights and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks independently.
  • Management of end-to-end company-wide compensation processes.
  • Submission of monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.
  • Maintenance of sensitive and confidential information securely.
  • Prompt resolution of complex commission and bonus inquiries and corrections.
  • Design and development of complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in complex spreadsheet skills in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and coherent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or finance-related role.
