Customer Experience Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Managed Services Customers. This includes working closely with the Client Service Managers and Service Delivery Team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
About the Role- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to Canon's Managed Services Customers by supporting the Client Service Managers and Service Delivery Team.
- Working with the CSMs to conduct activities around nominated Managed Document Services accounts, ensuring Canon business objectives and customer deliverables are met.
- Coordination of key information, delivery of seamless processes, and data accuracy are crucial aspects of this role.
- By enabling the Managed Services and Service Delivery team to focus on core business deliverables, you will play a vital part in driving success.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly customer performance reporting, including manual reports using data from different sources.
- Collating customer reporting as required by the CSMs.
- Coordinating Managed Valet Services, including arranging leave coverage for onsite valet services and handling escalations.
- Raising invoices for labour costs in Canon systems and managing through to payment.
