Job Description

We are looking for skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with great customer communication skills to join our team.

We are building a team of fun, passionate, flexible and competitive experts to help us launch a new campaign.

We want individuals who genuinely care about our customers' experience and are willing to partner with clients to help their business grow.

Main Purpose of the Job
  • Create happy customers by providing outstanding service so they stay longer.
  • Develop positive rapport with each customer through enthusiastic and confident interactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Personalize every interaction and provide solutions to take care of our customers.
  2. Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management and recommendations that make sense for our customers.
  3. Meet the Customer Care teams KPIs and targets by handling customer communication via chat and email.
  4. Be comfortable in interacting and building relationships with our customers.
Skills and Preferred Qualifications
  1. No attendance issues.
  2. Passing last 3 month's scorecard.
  3. Willing to help out and do overtime when needed.
  4. Open to be put in any schedule from 2PM - 7AM MLA (shifting Mon-Sun schedule).
Requirements:
  1. WFH - stable internet connection and a backup internet connection.
  2. Conducive working environment for work from home setup.
